When he's not in command of a Bradley Fighting Vehicle or overseas training the soldiers of our allied forces, he is helping Inflection Point's clients with some of their most challenging projects and initiatives. Maybe that's why Matt's so good when things are challenging at work - he's risen to bigger challenges as a professional soldier, including winning Washington State's 2015 Soldier of the Year.
The Best Warrior contest brings the best and brightest soldiers together for a four-day competition where these elite competitors will test their Army aptitude, conquering urban warfare simulations, physical fitness tests, written exams, and Warrior tasks and battle drills relevant to today’s operating environment.
In addition, each will go before a selection board comprised of six senior sergeants major from across the Army. These boards, chaired by a Command Sergeant Major, evaluate competitor appearance, military bearing and knowledge of critical Army topics.
